County Coordinator
The Wichita Victory '10 Coordinator will be responsible
for overall direction of the campaign. The Coordinator will see that County Precinct Leaders positions are filled and that
they get the information they need to do their part. Also, the Coordinator will serve as the main spokesperson for the group.

|
County Precinct Leaders
County Precinct Leaders will be responsible for the
successful implementation of the campaing in their respective County Commisioner Precinct. The first task will be to recruit
Precinct Leaders for each precinct within their district. They will be members of the County Executive Committee and will
help formulate strategy and activities for the campaign, They will be the first line of contact for Precinct Leaders and the
reporters to the County Executive committee on precicnt activities and needs.

Precinct Leaders
Precicnt leaders will be responsible for recruiting voters
within their precinct to assist with campaing activities. They will prepare schedules for door-to-dor campaigning and
make sure each precinct worker has the training they need and the supplies and forms necessary to do their work. They will
communicate regularly with the Dounty Precinct Leader.
